🕹 1)Best and Most important part of Detox is Enema & Vaman kriya for 15 days.
Start using enema compulsory for atleast for 30 days..
Highest toxic part in our body is colon..
Enema is best to detox colon..
Use lukewarm water..
Can add lemons to water.
Don't be shy, all the film stars & celebrities uses enema regularly...



🕹 2)Air Fasting for 3 to 4 hours in Morning...
(not even water)
If not then Initially start with 3 hours fasting then gradually increase...
After 3 to 4 hours "No break fast"
