जीवन का असली स्वाद और आनंद तो प्रकृति के बनाये फलों और सलाद में होता है बाकी पकने के बाद तो हम सिर्फ़ नमक और मसालों के स्वाद लेते है। यकीन नहीं आये तो बिना नमक और मसालों के उबली हुई सब्जियों को खाकर देखें!!!
स्वस्थ जीवन के लिए दिन की शुरूआत केवल ऋतुअनुसार फ़ल और भोजन में 50% सलाद की मात्रा नियमित बनाये रखें।
